Went for a 5k run in this and removed it somewhere along 2k as it became no more than a wet mop on my forehead. Not particularly snug or dense enough for a really cold winter day either. It keeps my ears warm and my hair off my face but allows my head to breath (unlike a full hat). It is just the right size - not at all tight but stays in place. The inside is lined in a soft light, fleece fabric for comfort. The outside is a breathable mesh. Apart from a chemical smell, which disappeared after the first wash, I only have positive things to say.It also keeps my wireless earbuds in place and helps my glasses stay on. The price at £6.99 and free delivery is perfect.
