I recently started having more and more panic attacks and I couldn't find a solution to them. No, this giraffe isn't a solution, but it is a help. When I'm having a really bad day I cuddle with it, breathe in its scent and feel its weight. It brings me comfort. It also has a plus of being a wonderful heating element for when my cramps get bad. When winter comes this year, I imagine I'll use it more than I do now. The scent isn't as strong as some people mention, but it isn't that fake lavender scent that tends to permeate products, it's real actual lavender. It's sweet but a little bitter. I would recommend this, or any other cozy plushes in this brand. They have more options on their website, though I did buy mine off of desertcart.

I bought him because I was reading a buzzfeed article on people who ground themselves with objects when they have panic and anxiety attacks. I recently started having more and more panic attacks and I couldn't find a solution to them. No, this giraffe isn't a solution, but it is a help. When I'm having a really bad day I cuddle with it, breathe in its scent and feel its weight. It brings me comfort. It also has a plus of being a wonderful heating element for when my cramps get bad. When winter comes this year, I imagine I'll use it more than I do now. The scent isn't as strong as some people mention, but it isn't that fake lavender scent that tends to permeate products, it's real actual lavender. It's sweet but a little bitter. I would recommend this, or any other cozy plushes in this brand. They have more options on their website, though I did buy mine off of amazon.
