The Ceramides and niacinamide are actually higher on the ingredients list but yeah they’re essentially the same **Q: Can this be used with a Vitamin C serum?** A: Yes there is no issue with using this with vitamin C. It doesn't have any other "actives" in it aside from niacinamide with is fine to use with everything. Almost everything either makes me break out, gives me eczema, or makes me dry and flakey. Finding something that helps with acne AND wrinkles, but doesn't aggravate by hyper-reactive skin, was virtually impossible - until now. I absolutely LOVE Purito's Centella Unscented Serum. The centella is calming and soothing, but it also has niacinimide in it, which smooths bumps from acne and eczema AND helps erase fine lines. And, it's moisturizing without making me break out. There is absolutely NO detectable smell - some unscented products still have sort of a medicinal smell to them, but this smells like absolutely....nothing. Zip. Nada.
