To put this in perspective, my professor is considered one of the leading experts on the federal court system, clerking for the U.S. Supreme Court (and was at Harvard law the same time as this book's author). Leading up to this exam, I was freaking out. I stopped going to class in early February and didn't even own the required textbook to the class, or even done one assigned reading for that matter. I had no idea what was going on. Our exam was a 24 hour take-home-exam. I taught myself everything I needed to know to write an A level exam in a class full of gunners with hard-ons to become federal clerks themselves. This book is amazing. Least effort I've ever put into a course (albeit considered one of the hardest offered at my school) and best results. Buy this book if you don't know whats going on in this class and just want to use this to work smart at the end of the semester, rather than hard for the entire term. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chemerinsky is Constitutional Law's God *by L***Z on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 17, 2015* Whenever you have a class that is on a topic Chemerinsky has written a treatise on, YOU NEED TO BUY THE TREATISE! The only reason I got an A in Con law, after totally bombing my outline and group study sessions, was because Chemerinsky wrote a supplement. That supplement is the summation of absolutely everything I needed to know. His Fed. Jurisdiction supplement is turning out to be exactly like that. Don't hesitate. Just buy it and snicker as your classmates struggle. (Actually, don't do that. Don't feed into the law student stereotype.)
