I give it away, I'm so impressed with it. It was written many years ago buy a Vermont folk doctor. All his experiments on livestock are not interesting, but the testimonies and outcomes are. I read it for the first time in the 1970's, and I have followed his advice ever since. To sum it up, apple cidar vinegar and honey keep your body ph in balance. I mix it in my juice, or tea. You can buy the vinegar capsules from the health food store. As a result of daily taking the vinegar I have energy. I'm 78 years old and I have no arthritis, I have all my own teeth and plenty of hair. My weight has been a steady 125 lbs since taking the vinegar. I mow my own grass and use the weed wacker. My mind is sharp and I don't have any old age diseases. I have never had surgery. I do not have diabetes, heart disease, cancer or anything else that runs in my family. It is inexpensive. I buy plain ole Heinz vinegar at the grocery store. I won't stop the vinegar for anything. A story takes us 45 years ago when my first daughter was 2 years old. Streptococcus bacteria caused Strep throat illness in her body. First thing you do - go to see a doctor. Verdict - antibiotics. A week later she was cured, only to find out that a week later she had the same illness again! More doctors, more stronger antibiotics... for 6 month!!! At the end I went to the best doctors in the region and they told me : Streptococcus is plague of our century, nothing we can do. Meanwhile after all these antibiotics her immune system got so weak that she caught another serious virus and we were hospitalized with possibility of very bad outcome... When we got home, my neighbour that worked at a book store, gave me as a present - Dr Jarvis's book in translation. I read this book 5 times:) and I felt like the answer was right in front of me. The only problem in our country nobody knew about Apple cider vinegar, hence you could not buy it anywhere. I was VERY Thankful that at the end of the book I found a recipe (remember this is the time with no internet yet:) , So I rolled up my sleeves and started making my own. Meanwhile doctors told me that she needed a surgery because her tonsils were so infected and big that they were causing illness over and over... (BTW my friend from school had the same thing and her dad was a doctor. Streptococcus went into her blood. She had to have blood transfusions all her life and passed at the age of 45). With Apple Cider vinegar in my hands, Lugol,... I watched my daughter's throat condition on the daily bases and was able to predict that the illness will start in 2 days. That is when I rinsed her throat every 2 hours for 15 min like Dr Jarvis mentions in the book and to my surprise I could stop the illness every time!!! In parallel I made a beverage with Apple Cider vinegar and honey for her to drink to strengthen the immune system and make the body resilient to bacteria growth that causes illness. She liked the beverage so much that sometimes I would catch her taking a bottle from the cupboard and drinking it straight! Anyhow in 6 month when the doctor saw her again, she said: Oh she had her tonsils out! My response was - No. They shrunk so much that the doctor couldn't even see them positioned like a thin paper against the throat walls. Never again in her life she had Strep throat or any other serious illness!!! Since then Apple Cider Vinegar is always in our kitchen. We are cooking with it, making salad dressings,... and just add it to water that we drink on the daily bases.
