There was no pull tab or perforated lines, so I finally just used scissors. Instantly, the smell of the cream inside the glove came out and became the most relaxing part of my day! I learned later that the "peel me" tabs are sticky tabs used to close the wrist of the glove to keep them on my hands. . . had I realized that sooner, I would not have had cream oozing out of the gloves. Final thought: the instructions are vague overall, but I found the recommended wear time too long My hands were quite pruned.
