The response I got was just that the package had been sent. I wasn’t sure if they meant the watch or and extra link. Today I got all the links we need plus some, and the tool to put them on, in the mail. No charge, they just sent it to us. Absolutely great company and watch.This watch is amazing. When I saw that this one had screw style bars to remove the links, instead of pins that have to be hammered in and out, I was excited that it might be easier to remove links. I was wrong. First off they only give you ONE screwdriver, when you need two, the second is needed to stabilize the back of the bar and luckily I had one from a glasses repair kit from the dollar tree. Then I was only able to loosen one of the bars! Not even enough to take a link off! Absolute waste.
