It was so bad that it was making her more awake in bed when we were trying to wind down. I had doubts with this product since it was so hard to find anything like it. But it seriously works for this purpose I wanted it to!! Very relieved to find a solution to this issue we've been dealing with for over a year!!I just wish there was one big enough to put a single sheet on the screen.
