A: I don't know about pipe thread, 3/4" pipe will not go through

A: a 3/4" pipe will not go through you have to drill to fit

The specs indicate this unit is 2" x1". The 1" "TUBE" spec is misleading. If you are old school-you take that as 1" pipe. But no-That will not even take 3/4" pipe. So take note.
