And only have had it a few hours! Set up was so easy literally took 60seconds. Didn't need a PC! Was done on my iPad and iPhone 4S the audio is good nice and loud. The camera quality is pretty good too! The only thing I don't like is the pan motion. Seems very delayed and I can't adjust it properly without being in camera view to see it in front of me... But as a fix I guess there are some presets u can preset the angles to think I saw 5 so for what I'm using that camera go that's plenty. I love being able to watch my yorkie jaxon when I'm away at work. An also see what goes on in my house when I'm not there! So if needed I will update if I have any problems in the future but for now id give a 4 1/2 just cuz I don't like the pan motion delay thing. Ad not quite sure how to set up the emailed alerts yet. EASY TO INSTALL BUT EVERY 10 to 15 seconds, it would go offline (Wi-Fi). Takes 1 minute to get back online.and then offline again. Tried to call the number they provide for technical help three times and the number is disconnected.
