The only negative is the pole part that goes into the body area wasn’t already inside it like shown. I thought at first it was broken because it was so hard to assemble. It scratched the thing it goes over but you can’t see it from outside of mop. I almost had to get my husband to assemble that part. The rest of it goes together perfectly and easy. There are no instructions included. It’s pretty self explanatory. The plastic is very hard with spikes and the pads for dusting are pretty thin and you may scratch something. **Q: is this safe for luxury vinyl flooring?** A: I can’t say for sure, but I would think so. Overall a good, effective product. However, the one I have now is slightly dysfunctional and does not keep the poles connected. My simple solution was using gorilla tape to keep the poles connected and in place.
