Overall build quality is solid, and they definitely modernize the look of the car compared to the stock headlights. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the halo rings. Instead of a clean white or soft white, they have a purplish-blue hue that wasn’t what I expected. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does take away from the OEM-plus look I was going for. Other than the halo color, everything works as advertised and they’re a nice upgrade for an E36.
