The company, Zoey Jewelry, was very good at answering me with my concerns, but thought the only way to put the ashes in would be by using 2 people.After looking at it and letting my mind think 'outside the box', I got the idea of using some modeling clay (or a gum type eraser) as a base to hold it. The clay worked like a charm! It held the small heart steady while I used a mini measuring spoon to fill it (you might want to get the Micro Scoop PP 10-15 mg since the 'smidgen' spoon was way to much).I then screwed the top back on (the top screw does have a gasket for sealing), and used some clear nail polish and let it run into the threads.I would definitely recommend this company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars the hoop is a little big *by M***P on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on September 23, 2015* I got this piece to put my baby girls ashes in. I had hoped the gold heart was small enough to fit int he middle of a heart i wear similar to the silver one shown, but a gift from her daddy a few years ago.it would have, but the hoops the chain goes through is way to big to let it fit. if it was smaller (even 1/4 of the size) it would have been perfect. the current hoop is about 1/2 the size of the heart if it is a issue for you. You can fill it with your ashes, and add a drop of glue to make sure it stays closed. the chain is a bit thick, but works for the heart it came with.
