They are lightly padded, soft fabric liners to absorb perspiration under and between the breasts, and they do the job. I want to make perfectly clear that the size chart under the description is very misleading. If you order according to your dress size, you will end up with liners that are way too long that will go all the way around your body. So, unless that's what you want, here's how you size these: measure halfway around your body under your breasts (should be about ½ your band size). I used the size chart on this brand's 100% cotton liners to figure out what to get. Small is 14", Med is 18", Large 26", XL 30", XXL 36". In my case, my band size is 36, so I ordered Medium at 18"--perfect fit, no struggling, no alterations needed. If I had ordered by my XL dress size I would have wound up with one that would've gone all the way around my back--I'm not flexible enough to install that! I don't personally find underwire bras uncomfortable if it fits correctly, but I bought these for my shapeware that doesn't require the wearing of a bra. Because it doesn't have underwires, it tends to give me a uniboob effect, and I get sweaty in them. Slip these liners in and I get some separation and moisture absorption. I chose bamboo over 100% cotton because cotton stays wet longer once it's wet, so bamboo is more comfortable to me. Nicely made product that's much better than the scrap of fabric folded up that I had used before. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If You're Busty and Don't Want Your Bras to Smell Musty, Buy 'Em! *by S***L on Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2019* I love these! I'm a 44 DDD, and I know all about the boob funk you get at the end of the day. These are silky soft (no fabric softener needed, plus it clogs the fibers and doesn't allow them to absorb sweat), and somehow even make your skin soft when you take them off.My method of getting them on is to put on my bra, tuck the middle in first, then work the upper edge along the bottom of my bra. My band size is a 44, and the liners are a little long. They almost reach my armpits, lol. They make bras with rough edges comfortable, and as long as your bra fits correctly, they pretty much stay in place. Under a sports bra, they are a must!I throw mine in the wash with my delicates and air dry them. They're pretty easy to flatten back out with your fingers.I cycle through them and wash them after each wear unless I really didn't sweat that much, like in the winter, in which case I'll do them every other time. I don’t know why my body is just now starting to become sensitive but I wanted to prevent the rashes from coming back. I researched that wearing cotton underneath your breasts while in a bra would help soak up the sweat. I work outside and so I decided to find something that would hold up. I bought these with the size guidance of a previous reviewer and ordered a Medium(half my bra band size) and boy was she right! It fits to the armpit length wise. This little thing has soaked up my sweat and I haven’t had a breakout since I started using this. I did forget to put it in one day and I had a few rashes sprout up, so I know this thing is doing a great job.My only complaint is that the middle part of the cotton isnt long enough. I wish it would rise higher between my breasts to help soak any between-boobage sweat.
