I remove it once a week for ultrasound appointments because the techs can be kinda rough - I’ve never had a problem removing it or putting it back in. I haven’t lost any pieces, and it has lots of stretch to it. Cons: It is really long, so if you put it in too soon or you aren’t careful, it can catch on table edges and things like that when you sit down. I usually just pull my shorts up over the bottom piece when seated at a table to keep it protected. My original ring is sterling silver and feels so smooth going in/out of my piercing holes. This one does not feel as smooth, and it does rub a bit when you’re trying to push it through the first several times.
