Unlike the highly rated ergonomic memory foam cushion this cushion:1. Covers the entire area of my chair seat2. Doesn't slide around3. Doesn't flatten out4. Actually provides comfort that lasts for 12+ hours of sittingAppears to be well constructed. My only question is, how long will it last?Update: Over 7 months of use, 12+ hours a day, every day. I'm amazed that this still holding up! No meaningful permanent compression or breakdown of materials, inside or out. Instead (after 3 Days) those two areas became VERY SORE in only an hour or so after the 3rd day of using it on my indoor power chair. I had to revert back to using my more comfortable ROHO 3 inch Height Air Cushion which despite leaking Air in the left rear section was much better on my posterior by reversing the ROHO's position to provide comfort to my right thigh with some foam inserted under its cover.
