The good - Flavor and aroma are divine. What more is there to ask? This is a fraction of the price per ounce that you are likely to find at a grocery store, for real, genuine, ethically sourced vanilla extract. The meh - Maybe I am being picky, but this bottle is slightly annoying. The mouth is pretty large, so its kind of cumbersome to pour small amounts. I think this bottle would be greatly improved if Heilala could add a small restrictor the the inside of the mouth, to slow the flow. Don't get me wrong, it's not impossible to pour, but if you are regularly measuring under half a tsp, you may be slightly annoyed. The bad - No bad! This is great stuff Overall, I am very satisfied with this extract for the price.
