Cooking ability with this on a blackstone grill with a seared steak locks in the best flavor! The quality is great and holds up well in the refrigerator until the next use. Very low smell to no smell. The texture of the fat is in thick liquid form and helps with applying it to any meat or veggies with ease. Definitely recommend this to anyone!
