Review: Insanely expensive but worth every penny!!! - This is as good as the homemade pasta that I had when I was in Italy. This one’s made in Italy and even though it’s a dry version the texture and taste is beyond the beyond. Yes, the price is high, but if you’re going to put a light pesto or a light cream sauce on it this is by far worth the investment. If you’re going to bog it down with a traditional red gravy then I’d say pass. My favorite way was with olive oil, fresh basil and tomatoes and a bit of vegan cheese sprinkles or imported Parmesan if your not vegan like me. The texture is sublime…and the flavor is so good it’s delicious all by itself! Molto Bella!
