Assembly will take about an hour and is straightforward. There is no manual that tells you how to row, so if you are new to rowing you'll need to find some youtube videos to watch to get the motion down. It takes several sessions to get comfortable with the proper rowing stroke if you are a newbie as I was. Once you have that down, it is a fantastic workout. I saw a review mentioning the accuracy of the counter. I've found that if you are doing a proper rowing stroke, the counter is 100% accurate.The machine itself is really good value for the money. Do not expect any fancy features or bells and whistles that you may have seen on other machines (which can be 3x to 5x the price of this one). The display is basic, but works well. The tension is adjustable, I've found 5 or 6 is good to start with, and 7 feels good after you get some experience. This rower is holding up well, I've had to tighten some bolts on occasion and the cord is showing a bit of fraying, but these are really minor issues. I'm 183 cm and 98 kg and have found the machine is really comfortable to use (the manual mentions a 100 kg limit).There is a WhatsApp support number included in the package, but I have not had to use it.
