It says it is vanilla flavor ... but its much more on the toffee side. It is difficult to try and find a powder that has enough protein and doesn't leave a hard to brush off coating on your teeth. Bean Envy has several options to choose from. I enjoy the MCT Oil Powder + Collagen vanilla over this one... but it doesn't have the protein that the bone broth one does. Both of the Bean Envy products mix well ... as i am using them mainly as a coffee creamer substitute. Just throw some in at the bottom of your cup, add a tiny amount of coffee to start the mixing process, and more coffee and you won't end up with what ALL protein powders do ... clump. Happy hunting on the protein powder right for you! If you like toffee ... give this one a try. I have also been using a half of scoop with a half of scoop of a turmeric flavored bone broth that tastes nasty and it covers the flavor of the turmeric bone broth.
