We finely got his doctor to prescribe the condom type catheter. It was better but the sticky adhesive was nasty to get off the skin. The depends worked the best as long as you change it every time it got too wet. Or you end up changing the whole bed coverings. **Q: 46" to 48" will.it fit? Its the band elastic?** A: Yea the band is elastic. Not sure of fit for size 46 to 48 my dad is a 40 there are buttons on the side to adjust fit. **Q: Can I change out the bag to an overnight bag? It is unclear if the bags are changeable for reuse of the condom portion.** A: I believe you can change the bag with a different type bag. But the whole thing didn't work well at all to use it in bed. The cup was very uncomfortable and it constantly pinched his body. We ended up getting a prescription from the primary doctor for the condom catheter. I suppose this setup is okay if you are sitting, riding in a car.
