Will this work for me? I need something to detangle and texturize my hair.** A: My opinion is it's not really a detangler, you'd probably need to use a detangling spray first. This is really for hold and is pretty thick. It works well for defining curls and keeping them frizz-free and neat looking. **Q: Will this weigh down thin/fine hair?** A: Although I use a tiny amount of this on my wet hair, along with a styling gel from Andalou....when my grey, dry, thin, slightly curly hair dries naturally, I put about an 1/8th a tsp of styling cream in my hands...rub it around and gently just run my hands through my hair...Leaves it looking moist(er) and helps to define the curls better.. **Q: Is this a gel or a cream?** A: It's a light cream, with a fresh orange scent. **Q: Will this help my hair grow thicker and stronger?** A: The idea is that you leave this conditioner on your hair (don't rinse it out). It's great if you have long hair and want to protect the ends. From what I understand it's not designed to help your hair grow thicker or stronger.
