Bought these to replace 100 watt flood lights. Horrible mistake. Bulbs have no output. Ebd unhelpful. Junk. Attaching pic of the new led against the old halogen.

Got these as was disappointed with the light output from the 5W LED bulbs purchased previouslyProsFitted my lamp fixture without any issuesDimmable without flickering, but see the Cons sectionConsNot as much light output as the 100W bulb originally in the fixture. I'd guess it's roughly equivalent to a 75W halogenAlthough it dims it seems more granular compared to the original halogen bulb. For example not much change from 100% to 75% brightness. Yes, my dimmer is intended for LED bulbs.This is the first LED replacement product I have purchased that falls short of expectations compared to the conventional bulbs it replaced.

I had to modify my lamp's socket, so that these would fit, even though they are SUPPOSED to be a direct replacement for the quarts bulb. The problem is that the " pinched" part of the glass, was too wide to fit the porcelain of my socket. This " pinched" area, is much wider than a standard quarts bulb . A diamond burr in my Dremel tool, was needed to create clearance in my socket. Once this was done, the LED version would fit. No one should have to modify for something that is a " direct replacement".STRIKE ONE!These are advertised as " 30,000 hours" life expectancy . NOT! I lost 2 of these ( failures / burned out) within 3 months of use. Now, I have lost 2 more ( I bought 6). Now down to only 2 working in 5 months.STRIKE TWO !I contacted " EBD lighting" directly and I did get a very prompt response but was told to contact AMAZON for replacement........but the " return window" has been closed.STRIKE THREE!I hope that others had a better experience than I, with these. They are junk

Disappointed. Bought these for a fan/light combo to replace the halogen light that was in the fixture. They would light up when I flipped the switch then go out or slicker. Sent them back 2 weeks ago and still haven't got my refund. On top of that, they ship from China so it takes FOREVER to actually get them. If I were you, i'd pass on these bulbs.

We have two 150w halogen night stand light years ago and we did not use too much because it use 150w each, i use this 10w 6000k and lit up perfect and bright. the also tried 3000k but the 6000k is what we need, there is no 5000k out there which i prefer, but for now it's as good as get and save electricity bill. i will post late for longevity because it is soon to tell.

I was soooooo happy to replace the halogen lamps in my reading lamps by the leather reclining chairs. One of the lamps had shifted and burned the leather. These fit perfectly and work pretty well. The only complaint is they don't dim at an even rate. If you turn the dimmer knob on the lamp, it doesn't dim until halfway, then it dims down quickly. It's worth that small inconvenience for not burning the chair or worse yet, me!

As others have stated. These lights work fine for a while and then start blinking. They don't seem to go out. Something similar to going from high beam to low beam headlights on your car. I changed out the light switch to one that says it supports LED just in case but no luck. It didn't start until after the return window expired.

I had a halogen desk lamp that I wanted to change out to the LED bulb. The light is bright enough but does seem to be a little bit less than the old halogen. It is a great accent light on the desk and works so I'm happy. I'll run through these but would consider one that might be a little bit brighter to light up the desk if the room isn't bright already.

I have a 2 bulb light in my bathroom. Needed something bright. I bought 6 of the bulbs, after a month I am on the last bulb which is now starting to fail. The longest a bulb has lasted is 2 weeks and the shortest is 2 hours. Half or all of the bulb starts to flash on and off after being on for about 5 mins. It's a bathroom not a disco.

Was worried about fit in my vanity housing.Perfect fit; flawless operation.ALittle too white rather than the warm origional halogen (who would have guessed halogens could be 'warm'?)
