I have purchased the appropriate SIM card, registered the device, downloaded the app, and followed every instruction possible, and I’m getting absolutely no where! The instructions that came with the watch are not clear and the app is also not clear. They also do not have appropriate trouble shooting solutions. Battery life is much better than others we have had, voice call quality is also superior in comparison. The charging cable is also very user friendly as a magnetic contact. My kids simply love it. The only drawback is the app which is advertisement based and rather annoying unless you buy a non-ad subscription but the even with the ads it’s still works great.
