The instructions are pretty simple, too. Loosen your straps, reach behind and slide them in (you can push up on the middle parts rather easily without fear of breaking them). They're a good durable plastic. I've tried it with several bras now, and they honestly work so much better than the ones that come with the racerback hook. These won't unhook! And you can also slip cami strings in with it as well without much of a struggle. I've only had maybe one bra where it felt slightly uncomfortable, so it probably as more to do with the style of bra and the straps than anything else.
