I dont know anything about skin. I read up on my condition. It was KP. All along my arms. Since I was in my teens. It's really good. I absolutely love the personal note they enclosed. It actually kind of brought a tear to my eye. They are confident in their product, and you dont see such a personal touch. Everything is automated. When I saw them offering FBM I sort of was hesitant. They hand wrote my name - along with a nice little note. That was fantastic and a surprise. I did want to just say, that the product works. I use it in combination with SA Lotion (Salacytic acid) for Bumpy Rough Skin. Combined, it clears it up twice as fast no joke. Great company. I'm about to buy it again. My two year old daughter has had reasonably severe KP since she was around 6 months and nothing has worked. At this point, I have spent hundreds (possibly thousands) on different creams, oils, scrubs, supplements, etc. Most of the other creams on the market for this type of skin condition contain all sorts of nasties I didn't want to put on her skin regularly. I have also spent hours and hours researching how to calm her skin, spoken to multiple pediatricians and even taken her to see the dermatologist. If her KP was a 9/10 in severity when we started this cream, it is now a 3/4 - and we've just finished the second month (I read that you need to apply daily for about three months to see the full effects - it works gradually). Her KP is not really noticeable most of the time now. Let me also say that this product is not greasy and easy to apply. So happy to have this lifesaver of a product... thank you SO MUCH to the brilliant dermatologists / formulators of this product.
