Heirloom Complete Shower Room (Tray/Tub, Walls, Sliding Doors, Shower Head, and Massagers)

Delivery was good... Arrived in a large (8' x4') crate. There were 4 boxes in the crate. The base, the glass doors, the surround and hardware.There were instructions but not specific to the unit. If you are are novice you will struggle with the directions and you will need to make some modifications.Here are some suggestions: The base is good quality but the drain that's included is low quality. As is the plastic pipe to connect to your drain system. Replace these. Do not use the drain that's contained. Someone here suggested to replace the hoses for the body showers. I agree and did this. Lowe's has a good quality hose for $1.25 a foot. You will need 18 feet. Also get some good quality hose clamps while at the home center. Use a PVC pipe cutter to cut the hose. Be very careful when installing the hose on the body jets. I tried to force a piece that was a bit too long and ended up breaking the barbed fitting. Once you replace the hoses you're good to go. Be careful when you tighten the hoses on the shower head etc. All of the fittings are plastic. They will be fine just don't over-tighten. For $600 your not going to get brass fittings. When installing the door frames to each other you will need a power drill to connect the rails. Use LOW speed. if not your risk breaking the screws. These are compression type screw holes and very cheap screws. Be careful. Install the base first and connect the drain plumbing. Pour a few gallons of water down the drain and check for leaks before moving to the next step. Next connect the water supply lines and place the surround in. I placed the 1"x2" furring strips on the wall behind the surround. I drilled stainless screws into the surround and into the furring strips. Next I installed the left glass door. Drilled holes into the inside rail and used stainless screws. Capped with silicone. Next the right side. At this point I used silicone to seal all edges. Let it dry overnight. After the silicone is dry use the body shower to spray the joints and check for leaks.Now install the glass doors. Each side has two clear plastic seals. They need to be trimmed a bit. The two glass doors have magnetic seals where they meet. Install these last.One final note the foot massager has a flimsy hose that failed during the first use. I took the massager apart and replaced the dry rotted rubber hose with the same hose I used for the body jets. Now the foot massager works great.4 stars as the plastic hardware could be improved upon and the foot massager failed.

Nice product, good strong base, easy to install. Only fault is the hardware is chromed plastic.

Where do I start with this beautiful yet complicated shower unit. Tbh I choose this unit due to the price standpoint. And when it arrived by freight in 4 pieces with no instructions and a few parts missing,I was a little worried but all in all the shower looked beautiful and I was excited to have this piece in my bathroom. It a huge plastic backer with about 13 jets, including the shower sprayer itself. I would recommend to contact the company and get their website YouTube video to show you exact ally how to install. All fixtures are not in full chrome either. It's all just plastic but for the price who cares. It all worked perfectly. And it's a great unit for the right price.

Shower is what we wanted foot massage inside blew a part waiting for replacement by seller

Received item in plywood box. Was left in driveway to big to fit in garage. I was nervous it would be stolen but was able to take apart and install. Used video. Everything works except foot massager water jets. Contacted seller to send out new one. I gave three because I haven't heard from them yet and I think luxury should work when you get it but outside of that it was a good purchase.

Price was excellent. Quality not so excellent. Fittings all plastic. Ours didn't come with the mirror. Couldn't get new mirror because they discontinued this model. Amazon credited me 30.00. I'm hoping for a long life out of it, but not expecting it. The tracks for the glass doors wouldn't match up. Asking for refund!

This particular shower is made for one person ONLY! It's not that big so I was a little disappointed.

Took a month to finally get all Missing important parts to install shower doors & instructions missing importsnt plumbing instructions . Overall after got parts happy with shower even though had to Jimmy rigg the mounting holes not aligning for shower doors thanks to my contractor installing it.
