Right out of the box, the unit was charged enough to test it. I found this very easy to use and I like how I can set the timer and forget about it. Great for if I fall asleep, the unit will automatically turn off when time is complete. I didn't lower back and when I woke up the next day, my pain was gone. Just after one treatment and no more pain. I told my friend at work about it, now I have another one on order for him. I highly recommend it to anyone else that has back pain. My only issue is the product arrived damaged, there was a crack on the corner of the case, doesn’t affect the use, but I paid for it new, so shouldn’t be damaged.
