Review: Great bag for fraction of the cost - I’ve only used for a couple of weeks. So far, it has performed well. Comfortable to carry, seems sturdy. For the fraction of the cost of others ($60+) this bag is well worth it. Well made and carries my 15 inch laptop plus a mid weight jacket, travel pillow, hat, snacks, and other miscellaneous items, and still room. Plenty of pockets to organize everything! Cannot comment on durability, as I have only had it for a couple of weeks. But, I have not seen any issues with construction so, I expect it to last.

It’s well padded, has lots of pockets for organization, and passed our in-home water resistance test. The zippers work well, maybe a little too well. My freshman is going to have to remember to zip everything to one side or buy a carabiner to hook the zips together so they don’t separate. UPDATE: A year & half later it’s still going strong. My kid is halfway through sophomore year—with two majors and two part-time jobs— and it barely looks used. It’s held up well to rainy/snowy treks to campus & cramped seating on public transportation.

**Q: Why does the zipper always open by itself when I am walking?**
A: To prevent the zipper of the backpack from sliding open automatically, you can pull all the zippers to the side instead of the top of the backpack.

**Q: The design of the usb port is really practical, but how should i use the usb port correctly?**
A: I use the USB port with my battery charger to charge my phone. My charger is in the inside of my bag and I use the built in cord to connect to my charger. Then I use my phone charger to connect my phone to the outside USB port port.

**Q: Is this a multi-pocket computer backpack?**
A: Yes, many pocket, many zipper, one laptop pocket.

I use mine for on site, computer repair.

I am extremely happy with this backpack. It's exactly what I need - it has lots of compartments for the different things I carry around, and it makes maximum use of its size. It's very sturdy and manages to be comfortable to wear as well. Worth the price, and deserves more than five stars. I'm lucky to have found exactly the right one I wanted.
