The smoke disappear quickly, but the taste stays in the drink until they are finished **Q: Hi! are in the manual included timings for smoking by food types, like how long should we keep it on for fish, cheese...? Used once a week for about 3-5 minutes a time. Bought brand new batteries just to make sure and they don't work either.
