I bought this Los Angeles Snow Globe for my daughter.Thought is was a perfect way to surprise her with tickets to California for her 16th birthday.When I received it, the city inside the globe was off centered.I contacted the seller and they provided a return label and sent another one immediately without even waiting to get the defective one back in return.I received the new one within two business days and it was perfect.  The customer service gets 5 stars from me.  No hassles.  I love that.The snow globe is extremely well made and looks even better in person.  Worth the $30 something dollars for sure.  It is a keepsake and for years to come will represent a very special time in her life.  I recommend this item and company to all.  Thank you.
