The were fairly straightforward to install as far as floating shelves goes but there’s no locking mechanism once the shelves are inserted into their wall supports. They can literally be pulled out once mounted and everything on the shelf would fall. Barring that, the weight of my books on the shelf ensure that wouldn’t happen. Two screws to lock the wooden shelf into its metal supporting wall structure would have been an excellent idea ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Looking Shelves *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States on April 18, 2020* The finished product looks great on the wall.There is no mounting template included, and the tiny level that came with this product is not accurate at all. If you buy this product, I recommend using your own level and consider using molly bolts instead of the tiny plastic tubes that come with this purchase if you need to mount in between studs on a drywall wall.Lining up the mounting brackets can be difficult for some.
