We’ve had 2 of these direct from Dell. The CTRL keys keep snapping as the plastic they are moulded from are substandard. They keys are also the inverse gender to other keyboards, so cannot replace with other keys from elsewhere. After the first one broken they replaced it without us returning the old one. 3 months in the second keyboard had the same faults. Same CTRL key. Then the second. Then the ALT key snapped. Wouldn’t buy it again or even ask for a replacement. As of about a month ago, the spacebar has started completely ignoring some keypresses, which is just about the most annoying malfunction for a keyboard to have.
