DEEP sea salt has more sea minerals that your body needs than regular sea salt. The flavor is mild, not sharp as commercial bleached salt. It is better for your body in that it is naturally dried from the sea. It is slightly sticky and clumps. The only Con is that it is a bit difficult to grind.
