Topical apple cider vinegar used as a toner helped most breakouts, but I've always had those stubborn comedones around my forehead! I knew it was an internal problem, not just external. I swear by this supplement! I used to take Zinc Acne supplements which made me nauseous, but not this. I just take it at night with warm water! The only downside is that it's so EXPENSIVE for a few pills. But they truly work!**Update: I recently purchased another bottle, this is my 4th bottle so far and it's continuing to work great! My skin tone is much more even throughout. However, I don't believe this alone was the only reason my hormonal acne subsided.
