Review: It definitely helps my 3 year old calm down! - This stuff WORKS! How do I know?! I tried it myself before I put it on my 3 year old. I applied a few rolls to my inner wrists one afternoon while he was asleep. I kid you not, within 5-10 mins (maybe less) I felt a warm wave of “ahhhhh” come over me. Not enough to make me pass out, but it was almost like taking an anti-anxiety med! He’s autistic and has a heck of a time falling asleep at night, and is dealing with big meltdowns lately . He’s transitioning out of nap, but occasionally he wakes up really early and has a rough day. I’ll have him lay down and put a roll on each foot in the afternoon. He takes the best nap ever! Doesn’t always work like that for bed time, though. He gets wired-tired and it seems to calm him down but doesn’t put him to sleep. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. That’s using a few rolls on each foot, and covering with socks. I’ll keep this on hand for stressful situations too. He doesn’t do well at the doctor so i might use it before an appt to keep him mellow. He actually LOVES it and says it makes him “happy.” If you have a hyperactive little one with anxiety, sleep issues, sensory meltdowns, or other spectrum-related issues, try it! Ask your pediatrician first, of course. Ours said it didn’t hurt to try. Sometimes magnesium can cause liquidy stools, but we haven’t noticed that. It doesn’t irritate his skin, and he doesn’t say it itches. I applied a LOT one night and it burned my inner wrists slightly as it dried. Review: Seems to work well! - I ordered this magnesium oil for my son's sleep problems but also for general joint pain and muscle pain for everybody in the entire family. I've been using it with my 3 & a half year old son for about a week now and I really do believe that in the evening hours when we apply it to the bottom of his feet it helps to settle him and he has been sleeping more soundly through the night. The first couple of times I applied it to the bottom of his feet he was fidgety and I'm sure it was itching because when I applied it to my hands to put on his feet my palms itched as well. The itching wasn't bad, just a little noticeable. l have started applying lotion to his feet after applying the magnesium oil and he's fine with it. The only thing is, is that the roller makes him laugh so hard it's hilarious, so that's why I apply it to my hands and then rub into his feet. It is very watery, so it does tend to drip when trying to use it. But that's normal, I asked the seller and they confirmed that this is the natural state of this product. I'm very happy with the product so far. Very easy to use comma there does not seem to be any bad odor to it if any at all. And it is not greasy. I would recommend this to anyone interested, it certainly can't hurt matters.

**Q: Most reviews say they used at night.  Anyone used for calmness during the day?  How often can you use it, as needed or just once a day?**
A: It works GREAT for my son. He’s 2.5 years old and autistic and is SUPER sensitive to everything including fragrances. I tried it on myself a couple times because I have similar sensitivities and no negative reactions. I don’t use it on his shoulders, just the soles of his feet. My son is allergic to melatonin and when we did use it he’d rage after it wore off.

**Q: How much magnesium will you get from rolling it on?  I don't see an amount listed or a ratio of magnesium to aloe.  Thanks!**
A: That is a good question.  There is approximately 2000mg per ounce of Magnesium so approximately a 2:1 ratio of Magnesium to Aloe.

**Q: Can the bottle be opened and closed eaily if i wanted to add my own oils to mix in it?**
A: I have never tried to open it, so not sure.

**Q: Why is this listed twice, sold by same company, but priced differently.  2.4 oz is 23.99; 4.8 oz. is 19.95??**
A: We have two different roll-ons.  The less expensive one is with Magnesium and Aloe Vera.  The other one has Magnesium as well but also has Roman Chamomile and Lavender.

### ⭐⭐⭐ good for bedtime routine

I bought this to use at bedtime on my 6 year old sons feet who has a hard time falling asleep. He did like the routine of doing it and of course all the other kids wanted to do it as well. I did not notice that he calmed down or went to sleep any faster when we used this. I also tried it a few time between the shoulder blades which I would not recommend because it stings a little when used there. I would recommend sticking with the soles of the feet where it does not sing. It is a bit oily so make sure to rub it in.
