This is actually one of my favorites. Now, it’s my fault I read the label wrong, but to be fair, seeing there was a sandwich look to the cookie seemed promising that it might be what I was looking for. Alas, it was a deceitful and delicious LIE! There was no vanilla cream in the middle, but the shortbread was yummy as all get out and the strawberry jam was delightful.
