IDK if this is a copy cat seller.. the belt had a very strong smell of toxic/leather smell.. the leather also easily creases but looks like its durable ish only worn for a few weeks now.. will say thought it was made in USA and was solid leather.. looks more like leather all glued together.. It is supple, color on the orange side, smells of fresh leather. Because of the orange/brown color, beware- it does clash with certain colors of pants and shirts. Also beware- if you have to cut it to fit (which I did) the finish will scratch easily if it rubs against a surface while making the new hole. Maybe put some Saran Wrap around it to protect it near the hole area where you're working. This is definitely not something I would wear as a caual "dress" accessory.
