Thick, not see through & soft FABRIC, which are all great but these fail because they have a HUGE plastic glue hard, rough, irritating mound of a seam that runs the entire length of the pants from one leg to the other that is uncomfortable to touch when they're not on let alone expecting a kid to tolerate on their skin all day. Please note, the interior lining is not bonded to the exterior.
