Not 100% pure as claimed
Careful with these oils. I should have been more cautious with the cheap price and larger quantity. I was blindsided by the large number of 5 star reviews. If you look closer, you will see they are all mostly "received free, or discounted" reviews. Doing the simple paper test left behind large oil spots from the four products I purchased. This means they're diluted with something. Who knows what because they claim to be 100% pure and only lists the plant name as an ingredient. Essential Oils are unregulated so it's easy for a company to get away with this.

I love this essential oil
I love this essential oil. I use this for all of my home made do it yourself projects. Iv been using this oil a lot for a mice repellent. Its the winter time so these little suckers been looking for a home. Plus, I have bad allergies to cats so I have to use alternatives for keeping these suckers far far away. The only ingredients you need for the repellent is a spray bottle, water, and regal earth peppermint essential oil. I spray often throughout the day. Since using this home remedy Iv only had a few mice lurking around but noting a few mice traps can't help with. I do believe it helps but your still going to need other products to get the smart ones lol. The peppermint oil is also good for DIY like soaps, Febreze ( My Favorite ), candles, and a diffuser ( If you dont have one get one!!) Overall, Good experience will buy again.

Low quality
Low quality product. I compared Regal Earth peppermint and lavender to another company. I bought from a well known oil company that only sells by word of mouth. There was no comparison. Regal Earth on both scents was extremely weak. The other company oil was highly scented and when I applied the oils to skin, I could feel the difference.

Comparable to YL and DoTerra? Nope.
Every peppermint oil I've ever used immediately opens the sinuses and has a cooling effect on the skin when applied. This is so weak that it did neither. The fragrance also seems off. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I'm not going to purchase it again. I tried this brand's lavender oil and was disappointed in it as well.

I use this to freshen my vaccuum cleaner before doing my rugs. My house smells fresh afterwards. I also use this for burning oils in certain rooms.

Poor Quality
This does not smell like peppermint essential oil at all. When applied directly to skin it doesn't even burn full strength!! This is very poor quality and a waste of money!!
