Before both my units were very nice...shipped in a timely manner. This order was totally different. This wig was messy...with no definition to the braiding pattern. It was fuzzy ...and extremely thin. The previous wigs had the braids tied off to prevent unraveling...this one did not. Thank goodness I have experience plucking and braiding...otherwise the wig would have looked a hot mess. I was extremely disappointed.
