The reason why.....is because these vitamins seem more potent and concentrated. I've taken it on a empty stomach without eating ( by accident). And taken it after a meal ( because I forgot), I got such a nauseated feeling. I quickly had to eat something. I would purchase these vitamins again.

I tried these because of the reviews I read, especially the one that said they taste like smarties. They really do! They are easy to chew and not chalky in my opinion. Recent bloodwork came back great so they are doing the job I expected them to do. Plus there is no soy in these like other bariatric vitamins.
