The Bamboo Charcoal that is built into the product is odor eliminating and I suspect it also would help to lower your chances of getting a rash, or any vaginal discomfort, as it is an anti-fungal source.FYI: I chose the regular, winged, natural/brown one. Feeling that if there were any stains in the future that will not come out, the brown color would be less noticeable. Incidentally, I use mine for the very slight incontinence I have been experiencing in more recent times... and they do clean up easily. Thank You for making these wonderfully natural and organic reusable feminine pads. My recommendation comes highly for this one. You will get what you paid for. I bought some incontinence pads from another vendor which was about 75% of the cost of these, and basically threw that money in the trash as the product was not soft, bad quality, and product was not same as picture from their website. These are good fit, works very well for incontinence, very soft fabric and no leaking. I can go anywhere with pad without worrying.
