Castle Melamine Simon Drew Set 2 Placemats - Set of 6

Absolutely love these placemats. Placed my order which arrived on time. On opening package there was only 4 placemats instead of the 6.I put a message on site to ask if anyone else had this problem which they hadn’t. Shortly after my post I received a message from Anthony who apologised for the error and advised they were recalling the product from Amazon warehouse to find out what the issue was.Straight away I was offered a full refund and keep the 4 placemats OR keep 4 placemats and a full new set would be issued.Opting for the full set I was kept up-to-date with every step. Received an e-mail saying there had been a problem with barcoding and replacement to arrive the following day which indeed it did.I am bowled over by such wonderful customer service and correspondence from Anthony. And how quickly it was all dealt with.Have since been on to order another set for a gift to family but are currently unavailable.

Loved these placemats. Great dinner party game (no answers though) and certainly no awkward silences. Good quality, just the odd tiny bit of damage on an edge, hence 4 stars. Yes I would highly recommend, a few of my friends asked where I got these.

Great fun! We use our place-mats and coasters when we have friends for lunch in the garden and they always provide a very good talking point at the start of a meal.

Bought as a Christmas present for very good friends. They loved them and very amused by them. Bit different from your average boring table mats (which is why I purchased them!) Delivered promptly and in time for Christmas. So well done to the company!!!

So pleased with this purchase, recipient delighted too. Great fun at the dinner table whilst the hostess was preparing, trying to work out the puzzles.

Decent quality but the drawings will keep you guessing. A great dinner party ice breaker.

These placemats are really good. They are fun, a good talking point at dinner time, and they are well made. In terms of functionality that work great for putting hot plates on. We have Simon Drew coasters also. They are all much admired always by guests.Would recommend.
