Then near the bottom of the list select the Dark Rye. It will give you the exact ingredients. I can say from the various types I have had, is that they have no additives or preservatives and contain only grains, salt, nuts, seeds or fruit depending on which flavor you get. They are also the closest thing I found to RyKrisp whose plant has closed and rumors are both negative and positive as to whether it will ever open again or anyone will make RyKrisp crackers in the US."INGREDIENTSWholegrain Rye Flour, Salt.
