After using these for a while my sprinting felt great again and my top speed increased too. You can actually give yourself a pretty intense workout using these and nothing else. Plus I work offshore and these are compact and easily fit in my travel bag. They seem durable and have a good variety of resistance strengths. One thing I'll say, put the rings of the straps on the OUTSIDE of your legs, this gives you a more immediate resistance at the beginning of the movement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adaptable and great value *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 April 2021* Although I've only started using these with the exercises that are recommended so from that side I can only say that the concept is fantastic and I'll update review comments once I'm further down that road. However, I've used them a lot as an alternative to standard small resistance bands for glute and hamstring exercises such as monster walks, eccentric hamstring work etc. and they are brilliant. Very easy to clip in and out and versatile in that they wont slip so transitioning between the different exercises is really easy.
