## Description

This Is a replacement weir that can be used on your Waterco HydroPak Skim Filter. The weir makes the water go faster by lowering the flow area as it comes into the skimmer, it also keeps floating debris from returning to the pool when the skimmer is not in use. Weir Size: 7" x 9-3/8" x 1-1/8"

Review: You might need to adjust these a little... - My original Baker Hydro weir/skimmer door had a slightly different design. It had a thin, solid plastic rod running along the bottom which acted both as the hinge and as the attachment pins on both sides. This replacement weir has two side pins only. They're wider in diameter than the rod, and they're spring loaded to make it easy to install. It's an improvement. Unfortunately the height of the door must be slightly greater than the original, because on several occasions the weir stuck on the roof of the skimmer, preventing a free flow of water from the pool, and the pump was soon sucking air. But I made a relatively easy fix. I used heavy duty wire cutters to trim about 1/4" off the top of the weir. I also filed down the rough edge, but this was probably overkill. The weir has been functioning perfectly now for several months. I'm very happy with this replacement weir now.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You might need to adjust these a little...

My original Baker Hydro weir/skimmer door had a slightly different design.
