We have slept on two twin beds for a week-and have slept well. The built in electric air pumps work flawlessly. Makes set up very easy, and easy to adjust over the course of a week. I highly recommend FR airbeds. They are first rate products, and they are affordable.Buy them! You won't regret it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product - if you unplug it *by I***L on October 23, 2018* This is a perfectly fine mattress, pump and also includes a storage bag. Originally, I found the electric pump not to work and asked the company to replace it. However, after speaking to a friendly representative, I learned it was user error. You have to charge the pump and then unplug it completely to make it work. In other words, if you are using it at home, are all done charging it and forget to disconnect the cord from the back of the pump, it won't blow air which I find is counter-intuitive as most battery-powered items still work while plugged in. This does NOT. So be sure to UNPLUG IT both from the wall AND the back of the pump or else it will seem like it is broken when it really isn't.UPDATE: I have been using this along with a foam topper as my primary bed for 5 months now. This includes bringing it along on brief trips elsewhere. I have to say, this thing holds up exceptionally well! I have no plans to sleep on anything else! Having a charged up air pump ready to give it a little refresher boost of air every week or so keeps this fully inflated. Other times I like the instant ability (like a sleep number bed) to make it a firm or soft mattress as needed for my back pain. When I first bought this, it was to provide a temporary solution but now it is my semi-permanent solution because I am too spoiled now to go back to a traditional mattress! Love this thing! ### ⭐⭐ Product is okay, the directions and customer service are terrible! *by B***S on March 13, 2019* If you buy this product and you have questions don't even bother trying to contact customer service because it is non-existent (hence the two stars. If the customer service would have contacted me and helped me I would have increased the stars. I think customer service is a big part of the overall rating). In fact the name, Forbidden Road says it all. You are forbidden from contacting them. The directions for the pump are incomplete and we spent way too much time trying to figure out 1. the charging system (the pump will NOT work using electrical power. It needs to be charged before it works) 2. Once it is charged there is a 'trick' to getting it to work and I'm sorry but I'm not doing the work of customer service and writing what the trick is. 3. Once you do inflate the mattress make sure you put the plug in as far as it will go, check it again and give it a push because otherwise it will 'pop' out during the night and you'll wake up on the floor. We bought two of these.
