All these things say “12 month warranty” and you don’t expect them to actually be helpful. Around month 11 the screwed started falling out of the top. There is a small price in the middle that broke. Easy eight to fix. Called customer service, super helpful and without hesitation sent me out the new parts to fix it free of charge. It’s back to new shape. Was really impressed with the company and the product. Also full disclosure we have a big dog and that door was taking some abuse lol. Door is strong!

Quality dog door, insulation is nice to have keeps cool air in on hot days. Holds up to wind pretty well, flaps have been staying closed on windy days with winds up to 20 to 30 mph. My cats also have no problem using it. Comes with a template for the cut out.

Very impressed with the quality of this dog door. I have an 80lb Belgian Malinois who is in and out all day long. It holds up well and fitment is good. It sits flush and looks nice. Seems to do well with keeping the elements out too. Very heavy duty.
